Study On The Government Function In The Personal Information Security Under Circumstances Of Big Data Age

With the popularization and development of Internet technology,China has entered the era of big data.In the context of big data,personal information has exploded and increased in number and category.Personal information is often collected illegally,stored,querying,transmitting and using.After personal information leakage,personal privacy is violated.Personal information seems to only carry private rights.But a lot of personal information leakage happens,and personal information security has become a common problem in the field of public safety,which needs urgent solution.The government as the main body of public management,hard to shirk on personal information security,government responsibility theory led to the transformation of government functions,the lack of government function active docking problem in the personal information security,from the legislative,regulatory,propaganda,and relief technology to put forward countermeasures and suggestions of government functions in five aspects.This paper adopts the method of questionnaire,formulation contains personal information security status,the disclosure of personal information,the remedy of the government in the personal information security functions in the expectation of content of the questionnaire on the network on a number of different ages and the identity of the users of the anonymous questionnaire survey results and scores,analysis provide data basis for the formulation of the current situation of personal information security and government specific measures.This paper also uses interviews,mainly unstructured interviews,select a number of different government departments in the management of each interview,in the context of large data security of personal information,personal information security problem representation,the causes of the problem of the security of personal information and personal information security in the government functions reflect the four a content outline for conversations and listen to the management of government function reflect the opinions and suggestions.This article combines the opinions and suggestions of the netizens and managers to carry out the responsibility of the government,protect the rights and interests of the individual,and improve the public management ability.
