Research On Charitable Behavior Of Micro Enterprises

Since the 1980 s,especially after the socialist market economic system established,the vitality of enterprises in our country is stimulated,in addition to make a major contribution in terms of economy,enterprise in the field of charity also gradually become the main body of charitable giving.Enterprise philanthropy in addition to the charitable consciousness awakening,and backed by the government,the social expectation,the influence of factors such as consumer preferences,the educational world the research of enterprise philanthropy,focused on large enterprises,for small micro enterprise few studies.Small and micro-enterprise charity is an important part of corporate philanthropy.Part of this study is based on microscopic perspective to xi 'an small micro enterprise philanthropy is studied,in the selection of object of study on reference S association with xi 'an to participate in "one yuan caring about" enterprise project list,select the first batch of 151 small micro enterprises involved in the project,and investigation on the actual contact with 119.,in terms of reference materials and on the basis of a large number of literature,with the method of questionnaire and semi-structured interview to participate in "one yuan care" project of some small business owners investigation,interview,and USES the SPSS to descriptive classification of research results,to explore the small business owners to participate in the project main factors and the project conditions.The results showed that the reason of small micro enterprises to participate in charitable activities include not only national policy,social and cultural factors,including religion,level of education,personal factors such as personal preference.On project status,to participate in the project of the enterprise has the strong sense of responsibility and a higher awareness of charity,the real benefit part of the lonely old man,at the same time build a good charity for the spread of charity culture atmosphere,is "charity" small "resources" the beneficial attempt to mobilize the public charity.At the same time,the project still has insufficient enterprise quantity,partial unbalance,service existence deviation and so on,need further exploration and improvement.
