| At present,the development of public interest venture investment in China is more rapid.In particular,the government department of the State Council in 2013,the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of civil affairs in 2014,and other relevant documents issued by the Ministry of civil affairs,all levels of government actively develop public welfare venture to provide a good platform for the vigorous development of social organizations.Project management is a set of scientific theoretical system,and the public service venture is also a special form of the project,which has the characteristics of public welfare,periodicity,singleness,professionalism and orientation.This study takes "memory puzzle and happiness watch" as the carrier,selects 8 core managers of the project as the research object,and analyzes the problems of their ability in the process of project implementation through questionnaire and semi structural interview.After in-depth analysis,it is found that the main problems are lack of leadership and interpersonal communication.The cause of this phenomenon is that most of the project members are mainly students in school,and the experience of project execution and management is relatively deficient,and the theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability are relatively deficient.Therefore,the concept of social work is introduced to the management of public venture venture project.According to the characteristics of the project and the particularity of the service object,the knowledge system of the group work is used for reference,and the team dynamic theory and the theory of energy increase are used as the guidance to respond to the problems of the ability of the core personnel in the project implementation.Through team development mode to enhance its potential ability,from the perspective of practice,the possibility of group work in improving the core management competency of intervention projects is analyzed.Through the participation,interaction and summary of a series of group activities,the members of the group take this new perspective to renew their relationship with others,improve their self confidence,and thus be willing to engage in trust with others,then improve the way of bad communication,the ability to co-ordinate the leadership,and the sense of teamwork,The cohesiveness and centripetal force are strengthened,and the new environment can be adapted actively.This also indirectly proves that the group work can effectively improve the management ability of the project personnel,and has some effect and operability. |
