Research On The Operation Of Rural Day Care Centers In Yuncheng

The aging situation of the population in China is severe,and the state of the aged in urban and rural areas has different development environment and characteristics.The allocation of old age resources between urban and rural areas is unreasonable.The old-age problem in traditional rural areas is also gradually exposed.There are problems in the rural elderly in terms of material,mental and medical care,which need urgent solution.Mutual assistance,as a new way of providing for the aged,has many advantages in the countryside.The day care center has developed gradually as a practice of mutual support and pension in rural areas.As a new way of providing for the aged,the rural mutual support mode is based on the theories of welfare pluralism,Maslow's hierarchy of needs and mutual aid theory.The elderly themselves as the supply side endowment to meet the demands of the elderly are more abundant,through the support of the government,village sponsored,multi participation,independent management mode,achieve mutual aid and autonomy,mobilize the rural endowment resources,make full use of the resource endowment.This article through the questionnaire survey,on-the-spot investigation,data collection,analysis of related policies on rural old-age and day care center,second grade and through the analyses of Shanxi province social security resources,select the day care center in Yuncheng city as the research object,and then through the analysis of scoring and clustering of 13 counties of Yuncheng city social security resources,selection of the Saline Lake District,Linyi County and Jiang county as a representative of questionnaire survey,analysis of pension needs of rural elderly in Yuncheng City,and the demand for day care centers,and through field visits to understand the current situation in the day care service supply.Get the current rural day care center of Yuncheng city faces through analyzing the problems,such as difficult to meet the needs of the elderly,it is difficult to achievedocking of supply and demand,the lack of day care centers and improper management of the concept of mutual aid;and to analyze the causes of these problems and explain the reasons for these problems from the pension idea,mutual pension idea in practice,the source of funds,institutional norms;finally,based on the experience of pension and mutual self-help bank time,some suggestions are given to improve the relevant regulations,to meet the needs of elderly people,the development of rural collective economy and pension related industries,encourage social forces to participate in,and actively promote the concept of mutual aid pension.Through these suggestions,we hope to provide reference for the development of the daytime care center in the rural areas of Shanxi province and the perfection of the service mode of the whole mutual assistance for the aged.
