Case Study On Innovative Daytime Caring Endowment Model Of Villages And Towns In Mamu Community,Xinfeng Town,Guanghan

In recent years,great achievements have been made in social development,and the standard of living and quality of life of the population have been greatly improved.With the rapid development of medical technology,the average life expectancy has been extended to a certain extent.The aging population is not only a problem that is related to the harmony of our society,but also the sustainable development of our future generations.In recent years,the demand of the pension has been changing,and its mode has been diversified,and thus the service and level of the pension is challenged.Now in our country's towns and villages because most of the children go out to work,the maintenance of the elderly is more prominent performance,nursing homes have been unable to meet the needs of the elderly.Day care centers are a complement to community and institutional pension models.Under the background of this,the community adopted the day care model,which was based on the construction of the party group service center,and introduced the third party public welfare organization.Based on the theory of new public service,multiple welfare benefits,old-age security and community management,this paper focuses on analyzing the development stage of the elderly day care center,the needs of its clients,the motivation for its construction,the innovative mode and the results of its implementation.And put forward the related policy suggestion about the sustainable development of day care centers for the elderly in the township community.This paper consists of seven parts.The first chapter mainly introduced the background of the research and significance,research project and innovation points,domestic and foreign research literature,related concepts and theoretical basis,research methods and technology roadmap.The second chapter,the present situation and problems of the endowment model of the township community in Sichuan province are introduced.The third chapter described the particular case of the day care center.The fourth and the fifth chapter thoroughly analyzed the innovation of the model of daytime care and endowment in the pastoral community,and from this case,some constructive implications are obtained: first,we should introduce the new market operation and management mode,perfect the system construction and construct a comprehensive evaluation mechanism;Second,we must adhere to the leading position of thegovernment and ensure infrastructure construction and investment.Third,we need to highlight the role of the community bridge,pay attention to the construction of the pension service team;finally,we encourage the participation of third party organizations to provide regular,differentiated and diversified services.
