The Study On The Education Of Left Behind Children In Rural Areas Of Northwest Anhui Province Construction

With the deep development of economy after the Reform and up policy,a large number of rural left-behind children are stranded in the vast rural area of our country.Their education issues are increasingly drawing attention from all walks of life.Among them,the party and the state attach particular importance to it.In the 18 th National Congress,General Secretary,Xi Jinping,proposed: We should actively promote that migrant workers' children can accept education in an equal way.In the report of the 19 th National Congress,the general secretary stressed again: “ To get rid of poverty and become rich requires us to improve educational level from the root”,which is an important position the general secretary put education targeted poverty alleviation in.He placed education in a strategic position that will be given priority development and make a difference to the endeavor that the country made to get its people out of poverty and make them rich.The author has an honor to participate in the poverty alleviation project based on "dream college" education initiated by the Fuyang Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League.Over the past two years,it has been found that the left behind children in the northwest of Anhui Province and those in other domestic regions have similar problems.Besides that,they are found to be in poor health status and to have to go their relatives' or their neighbors' homes for lunch and dinner.Among them,quite a few have personality defects and behavior problems which were caused by the incomplete family structure.In addition to these situations above,there is another new situation that the reality that the seniors in the family become sick leads to the children dropping out of school.On the basis of these new situations,the author tries to explore the reasons for the education of the left behind children in the northwest of Anhui Province in terms of economy,policy,family,school and relevant functional departments,etc.In order to solve the poverty problem of rural left behind children in the region,the author referred to a large number of policies,regulations and literature materials.On the basis of a preliminary grasp of the domestic current measures and the investigation of the actual situation in the area,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on multilateral cooperation of "government guidance,family guardian,school domination and social endeavor" to reduce the number of left behind children in rural areas,improve their situation,and promote the equality of education in rural areas.
