Statistical Analysis Of Party Members’ Educational Background In Ethnic Autonomous Areas And The Construction Of National Cadre Team

The 19 th CPC National Congress pointed out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.This era is the decisive stage for China to build a moderately well-off society in all aspects and realize the Chinese dream of great national renewal.For ethnic autonomous areas,achieving all-round economic,political,cultural,social and ecological development lies in the party and people.Therefore,ethnic autonomous areas should strengthen party building and optimize the ranks of cadres.It is the key to seize the development opportunities and realize the all-round development of the economy and society in ethnic autonomous areas.The education of Party members in ethnic autonomous areas is an important factor to measure the level of humanity and the construction of a cadre team in the autonomous areas.The statistical analysis of the educational background of the party members in the ethnic autonomous areas is of great significance not only to the Party Construction in the ethnic autonomous areas,but also to the construction and development of the cadres.This thesis consists of seven parts.The introduction introduces the research background,research methods and research status.The first and second chapters focus on the meaning and connotation of Party construction,Party members’ educational background and statistical analysis in ethnic autonomous areas;The third and fourth chapters are based on the educational development of Party members in ethnic autonomous and summarize the number,structure and career matching of educational development of Party members in ethnic areas with the method of statistical analysis.The fifth chapter reflects the status,trend,constraints and problems of the construction of Ethnic Cadres through the data Atlas of the educational development of Party members in the ethnic autonomous areas;The sixth chapter is based on the results of data analysis and the experience of Party member construction at home and abroad,led by the socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era of Xi Jinping.In order to promote the construction of Party members and optimization of human ecology in ethnic autonomous areas.The main features of this paper are the interdisciplinary application of subject research methods,prominent the role and persuasiveness of the data in the demonstration,strengthen the pertinence of the analysis.It is of great significance to enrich the theory of cadre construction and promote the application of data research in the modernization of Party building in ethnic autonomous areas.
