A Ethnological Study Of Chinese Loanwords In Xizhou Dialect Of Dali Dialect Of Bai Language

In its historical development,Bai nationality and Han nationality have had different degrees of communication.On the basis of adhering to their own cultural tradition,the Bai people accepted and absorbed extensively,and gradually formed their own unique multiculturalism model.Language is the carrier of culture.In the process of cultural communication between Bai and Han,it is accompanied by the exchange of language,and language communication makes Bai language produce a lot of Chinese loanwords.There is no doubt that these loanwords contain a lot of cultural information.The study of them not only has ethnological significance,but also has inestimable value in the study of Bai language itself.Based on the theory of ethnology,this paper makes careful research,analysis and excavation on the Chinese loanwords and their cultural connotations reflecting material culture and spiritual culture in Bai language by using the methods of field investigation,literature review and cultural background investigation.This paper probes into the influence of Han loanwords on Bai nationality society and how Bai nationality adapts under the influence of Han nationality culture.The main content of this paper is divided into five parts.The introduction part mainly expounds the background,significance,purpose,research method and innovation of this paper,review of current research situation,introduction of field investigation and definition of related concepts.The first chapter classifies the loan words and explains the classification basis in detail.The second chapter mainly expounds the history of borrowing words and the material culture of Bai nationality,discusses some loanwords of dress and diet,and discusses various kinds of loanwords about Bai nationality dress culture and Bai nationality diet culture.The third chapter mainly expounds the borrowing words and the spiritual culture of the Bai nationality,and probes into the Bai nationality family culture and the custom culture of the Bai nationality family culture as well as the holiday custom loanwords.In the conclusion part,the author thinks that the Han culture has a profound influence on the Bai culture,which has the characteristics of extensive and diachronic,and puts forward the viewpoint that the Bai nationality has a high degree of consciousness and inclusiveness in learning the Han culture.The Bai people have a sense of national confidence in their own culture.From the above research,we draw the following points:First,the influence of Chinese on White language is obvious.This kind of influence has extensive and diachronic characteristic.Extensive loanwords are related to Bai nationality clothing,diet,kinship appellations,holiday customs and so on.Diachronic is reflected in a large part of loanwords and middle ancient,near ancient sound,some even with the ancient sound,modern white language is a large number of the introduction of Chinese loanwords.Second,from the loanwords,we can see that the attitude of Bai to Han culture: first,consciously absorb the excellent achievements of Han culture;second,Bai culture has strong inclusiveness;third,Bai nationality has the genes to show their own national personality.
