Research On The Press Spokesperson System In The Government Crisis Public Relations In Ethnic Areas

With the rapid development of our country,our country is in a period of economic and social transition.Various social contradictions and problems are also constantly arising.In particular,crisis incidents in ethnic areas are also increasing.The development of ethnic areas is an important part of China's social development,and its development has also seriously affected China's overall political and economic development.The occurrence of these public crisis events not only affects the economic development and social stability in the ethnic areas,but also affects the stability of our society.Due to the particularity of ethnic areas,government departments need to be adapted to local conditions.Especially in the work of crisis management,it is more necessary to combine the characteristics of the development of ethnic regions to make the crisis better resolved.As a part of the crisis public relations in the crisis management system,the spokesperson system can play an important supporting role in the crisis management of government departments.In 1983,the establishment of the China Press Spokesperson System achieved rapid development after 30 years of hard work.Although the news spokesman system in China's minority areas have been established,but the ethnic areas in the public crisis management,information release more in the particularity of different factors of a culture,language and other aspects of the case,the government in minority areas in the process of crisis management is also facing much difficulties.At the same time,the development and improvement of the spokesperson system in minority areas will be even less secure and will not achieve their intended effect.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to systematically study the government spokesman system.This article analyzes the problems existing in the news spokesman system in the localgovernment crisis public relations and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures.It hopes that local government can play a role in dealing with the public crisis and can better solve the crisis and help the government to manage public affair better.
