Since the 21 st century,the rapid economic development of our country,along with the demographic dividend,the trend of population aging is more and more obvious,also gradually to the development trend of miniaturization of modern family structure,in the majority with the nuclear family.Parents will be in an "empty nest" when their children leave their homes and are separated from their parents for a long time due to work,study,marriage and other reasons.In the aging process,the number and proportion of elderly people living alone and empty-nest will continue to increase.How to properly solve the problem of elderly people's pension will be an urgent need to pay attention to and solve the problem.Empty nesters are the vulnerable groups in the elderly,and the elderly couple in the "empty nest" are also prone to many problems in economy,life,psychology and so on.In zhengzhou city Y community,for example,the writer firstly on the basis of the theory of professional social work related,to the community more than year full 60 one full year of life and living alone or with your spouse in cohabitation of empty nest elderly were investigated,and then a comprehensive understanding and research community within the city empty nester pension status and the situation of the social work intervention.Then through preliminary assessment,to know the detailed requirements of Y community city empty nester,finally design and carry out the service for a period of five months of practice,the main integrated use case work,group work and community work three technique,mainly from the aspects of spiritual reassurance for the empty nest elderly services.Social work helps to alleviate the psychological problems of the elderly,promote the development of the elderly's personal ability and help them realize the value of old age by constructing the social support network of empty nesters.In this paper,the lack of the support to provide formal and informal as the breakthrough point,on the theory of social work was carried out on the case analysis,mainly analyzes three main methods of social work in practice and summarizes the application of social work intervention methods,skills and experience.This study aims to enrich and perfect the social work intervention city empty nester social support network build theoretical foundation and practical experience,on the one hand to provide spiritual consolation for the elderly,help the elderly to inspire potential and enhance ability,promote the development of personal ability and the realization of his value.On the other hand,it is conducive to the realization of the goal of active aging of our society.
