Study On The Spiritual Solace Of The Rural Empty-Nesters By Group Work

At present,our country has entered the aging society and under the binary structure of urban and rural areas,population migration and flow of accelerated dramatically,with the emerging problem of rural empty-nesters,become the important social problems.Based on social work practice as an opportunity to baoding M village a few empty nester old manual group as the research object,through interviews and questionnaire survey method to understand the old man basic requirements,the study found that the old man there is a series of problems in terms of spiritual reassurance,the necessity of social work has its intervention.Based on this,the author tried to intervene in perspective on the theory of social support,work with team for the intervention methods,response to M village,the elderly spiritual solace,and presented the manual group from the preparation,production,development,and the end of the whole team work.The network plays a supporting role through the interaction among the elderly,thus building the social support network mechanism of the elderly.Through practice and research,it is found that the group work method can play a certain role in solving the spiritual consolation of the rural empty-nesters.M village empty nest old man take an active part in social activities,communication in the process of group activities,the satisfaction of spiritual needs to get some,and set up effective social support networks,inner sense of loneliness.However,there are some problems in the practical activities of the group,and the author finally makes some reflections and Suggestions on the practical work of the rural empty nesters.
