Research On Supply And Demand Of Rural Medical Service In Laos Vientiane Province

In recent years,Lao rural medical service has developed greatly,but the problem of supply and demand is still outstanding.This paper mainly studies the supply and demand of rural medical services in Vientiane province and its causes,and proposes some countermeasures to improve the supply and demand of rural medical services in Vientiane province of Laos.In the first chapter,the research background and significance of research are introduced,and the research status of domestic and overseas research is summarized.The research content and research methods are introduced to prepare the research.The second Chapter related concepts and theories.The related concepts include rural medical service,public supply and public demand.The theoretical basis is mainly the theory of equalization of public services and the theory of accessibility of public health.The third chapter analyses the development of rural medical service in Laos,including the historical changes of rural medical service and the management of rural medical service.The fourth chapter analyzes the supply and demand of rural medical services in Vientiane,Laos,including the supply of rural medical services and the demand for rural medical services.The fifth chapter analyzes the causes of the supply and demand of rural medical service in Vientiane province from the aspects of medical management system,the gap between urban and rural areas,finance and market services.The sixth chapter based on the above analysis,combined with other Southeast Asian countries and China’s rural medical service experience,put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions for the supply and demand of rural medical services in Vientiane province of Laos.Study found that Lao Vientiane province rural problems existing in the supply of and demand for medical service health services demand is difficult to translate into effective demand,the supply of health services in the gap between urban and rural areas is larger,rural health service supply quality and quantity is insufficient,expensive private medicalservices.Laos Vientiane province rural health service supply and demand of the cause of the problem is lack of effective response to public health service demand,urban and rural medical service is not equal,the government fiscal deficit,lack of regulation and private medical services.To study and put forward the Lao Vientiane province rural medical service supply and demand question countermeasure,namely the positive response to the public health service demand,equal urban and rural medical services supply,raise the medical service resources,strengthen the supervision of the private medical service.It is hoped that this study can provide reference for improving the supply and demand of rural medical service in Laos.
