Research On The Supply And Demand Of Rural Home-based Aged Services In Taiyuan City

With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,China has entered an aging society.The rural elderly population is very large,and the aging trend is gradually increasing.The flow of rural population has led to an increase in the number of elderly people in empty nests and a low level of rural pensions.The issue of old-age care is particularly pressing.A single family pension can no longer effectively solve the pension difficulties in rural areas.A diversified pension system is a rational choice to ensure the elderly in rural areas have a sense of security.Based on the analysis of the current economic and social structure of Taiyuan rural economy,the situation of the elderly population,and the current situation of rural old-age care in Taiyuan,this paper concludes that there is an obvious dual structure in urban and rural areas,an increase in the population of empty nests,an aging family,and an institutional pension.Under the circumstances that the disadvantages are prominent,Taiyuan C ity has to carry out rural home care services.This paper focuses on the contents of rural home care services in Taiyuan C ity in terms of policy provision,infrastructure provision,and supply of home-based pension service groups;questionnaires and field visits are used to explore the physical economy,life care,and medical security of rural senior citizens in Ta iyuan C ity.The actual needs of spiritual comforting are analyzed through comparative analysis: There is a contradiction between supply and demand in the supply and demand relationship of rural home care services in Taiyuan City,which is the contradiction between the supply of the government and the diversified needs of the rural elderly,daily care and daily life needs.Contradictions,the incomplete supply of medical insurance and the high demand for medical care,the lack of spiritual comfort and the ne ed for higher spiritual companionship;and from the perspective of government responsibilities and financial support,inadequate social infrastructure applications,insufficient market participation,and rural senior team building,In-depth analysis of the reasons for the contradiction between the supply and demand of rural home care services in Taiyuan.The contradictory relationship between rural supply and demand service of rural aged care services has a direct impact on the development of rural elderly care services in Taiyuan C ity.By analyzing the causes of contradictions,the paper proposes the feasibility of developing rural aged care services in rural areas in Taiyuan C ity from the macroscopic and social perspectives of the government.Suggestions,and propose the feasibility of Taiyuan C ity in the future development of rural home care services,that is,under the premise of Taiyuan C ity,the provision of elderly care services in rural areas and rural elderly demand dynamic balance,the formation of government-led,rural public places and rural families Relying on the support of the market,village committees,children and other multi-participation rural family service system.
