With the transformation of public service supply mode,more and more social organizations through the form of government purchase services involved in the grass-roots social governance.In this context,our country innovatively puts forward the Linkage of community,social organization and social worker,encouraging,supporting and guiding social organizations to integrate into the community construction.The development and application of this model also help to solve the current pension pressure and Improve the capacity of community service for the old.This paper takes B community spiritual comfort volunteer service cultivation project as an individual case.First,a basic understanding is carried out on the main subject,project implementation,project plan design,project implementation schedule and expected outcome.And then according to project involves four main body as the starting point of the analysis,by tracing the project implementation process and interviewing with relevant leading figures,restore the project implementation process,then analyze how the four subjects are linked in this process,assume their respective roles,analyze their functions,so as to promote the orderly implementation of the project.Finally,through the feedback of the four subjects and the service object,we find the merits and defects of the project implementation.It provides reference for the improvement of the linkage mechanism and the further promotion and implementation of the project of the linkage of community,social organization and social worker.
