Cultivation And Development Of Volunteer Community Social Organization

In recent years, the transfer of government functions and the steady pace of innovation and social governance system, coupled with the increasing diversity of social needs for the growth of community social organizations to provide a huge space for development and unprecedented development opportunities.Volunteer community social organization is one of the types of community social organization. It is based on the community as the scope of activities to promote the residents to participate in public affairs as a guide,that the community residents to provide convenient and diverse volunteer service for the organization to promote the harmonious development of the community for the purpose of a class of community social organizations. It plays an active role in carrying on the transfer of government functions, enriching the contents of public service in the community and promoting the building of harmonious civilization in the community. At the same time, we should also realize that China is currently in the period of reform, opening up and social transformation, the social situation is complicated and changeable, all kinds of contradictions are highlighted, the difficulty of social governance is doubled,and the development of community social organizations that have just started in such a large environment has brought great challenges. How to make volunteer community social organizations in this complex national conditions can take the wind and waves, to achieve their own sustainable development, is the key to this study.Jingzhoujie community is located in the center of Xiangyang City, adjacent to Xiangyang municipal government, the community fully integrated community resources and advantages of local exploration and development model innovation, making the community's social organization and development in the current stage has been outstanding achievements.At the same time, the community's "city wall guard" project is also nominated for the 2016 Hubei Provincial Civil Affairs Department launched the third community charity competition. Based on this, this paper will focus on the study of Jingzhoujie community "city wall guard" project, using case analysis method to Jingzhou Street community "city wall guard" social organization cultivation and development of the problems as the starting point, to explore the existence of the problem and to discuss the relevant suggestions and countermeasures to solve the problems from the multidimensional dimension, so as to provide some reference for the cultivation and development of social organizations in volunteer community.The full text is divided into four parts.
