Research On Cooperation And Conflict Between Social Worker And Community Under The Background Of "Linkage Of Community,social Worker And Social Organization"

Linkage of community,social worker and social organization,an important practice mode to strengthen grass-roots social management,is aiming at better meeting the needs of community residents,improving the level of community governance and promoting the formation of a harmonious and healthy society.The summer trusteeship project in D community,as an important project under the background of linkage,depends on funds from government,social organization undertaking projects,social worker providing professional services.Three bodies work together to promote the good operation of the summer trusteeship project.This thesis is based on the D community summer trusteeship project that I participated in during professional practice.Through non-structured interviews and participatory observation,the paper studies the linkage status of the two main bodies(social worker and community),analyses the reasons and then puts forward constructive suggestions from the perspective of social work.The study finds that there are both cooperation and conflict between community and social worker in the process of linkage.The performance of cooperation includes:both bodies play the role of connector and provider of resources,pusher and promoter of community development,the platform advantage of community and professional advantage of social worker reach cooperation,the cooperation of both bodies runs through the project start stage,project plan stage,implementation stage and final stage.The conflicts include:inter-role conflict and conflict between the two roles,the conflict in service planning and service development,potential relationship conflicts in the project start stage,task conflicts in the projects plan stage,process conflicts in the projects implementation stage and interest conflicts in the project final stage.Based on the practical experience and the information obtained from interviews,this paper argues that the reasons for the cooperation between the two bodies include the consistent goals of action,the complementarity of advantages of resources and capabilities and the promoting influence of external factors.The reasons for the conflict are the insufficient development of the"linkage of community,social worker and social organization",the inadequate education,training and propaganda of social work,the limitation of the community-led social work mode,the different understandings of social worker and community on social work services,the disparity of quality of social worker and job requirement.In order to better improve the interaction quality of community and social worker,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures:further improve and perfect the "linkage of community,social worker and social organization",strengthen social work education,training and propaganda,strengthen the correct guidance and management of social work institutions to social worker,emphasize the social work service under the "dominance of superiority",reverse the community's biased perception of the role of social worker,enhance social worker's speciality and independence and then some specific suggestions for better cooperation between community and social worker in summer trusteeship project.
