Research On The Demand And Influencing Factors Of Home Care Services In Chongqing

Chongqing has a serious aging population,and the development of old-age service industry lags behind.As industrial 4.0 era,big data and cloud computing,Internet of things,such as emerging,made in China,Internet + action plan,etc.Series 2025 open strategy,the Internet is as a resource of the new era and new productivity,is changing the product model,improving the user experience,transforming and upgradingthe traditional industries.Chongqing must rely on the Internet to promoteintelligent home endowment service.In this paper,using SPSS statistical software,the integrated use of interview method,questionnaire survey method,descriptive statistics analysis method,econometric analysis method,analytic "Internet +" under the background of Chongqing family endowment service development present situation and problems,and to explore the influence factors of demand,based on research and empirical analysis,put forward to improve or enhance the service level of family endowment.First of all,this paper analyzes the "Internet +" home endowment service situation faced by the background of Chongqing,this paper introduces the research significance,research status,research objectives and content,research method and technical route.Then,it defines the related concepts in this paper,and expounds the theoretical basis of home-based care service.Secondly,it pointes out that Chongqing's aging population is serious,analyzes the economic,health,"net" in the elderly,such as daily care,pension services satisfied with the status quo,and from the aspects of policy,content,supply three home endowment service development situation are analyzed,found the pension service policy system is not sound,category diversification demand,lack of effective supply,supply single content,low network literacy problems,it shows that under the background of "Internet +" building supply and demand balance,home endowment service system should be considered at the same time pay attention to the old network literacy.Then,by method of questionnaire and interview to collect the information as a benchmark,reveal the Chongqing home endowment service demand characteristics of the elderly,descriptive statistical analysis of the old man in the life care,medical rehabilitation,and leisure culture,sports,fitness,spiritual comfort,policy and law demand situation of six dimensions,the integrated use of factor analysis,binary Logistic regression model to explore the influence factors of pension service demand at home.Study has found that age,physical condition,work before retirement,monthly income,monthly pension costs,children is in the side was associated with a significant pension service demand that occupy the home,whether to accept the elderly home endowment service is not only related to demand,but also with the state of the economy,the network literacy,network security.Finally,based on research and empirical analysis of the problems found,from the following several aspects to improve or enhance the service level of Chongqing house proposal: rich service content,promoting diversified supply,government leading role,is committed to intelligent equipment to develop and train the ability of the old information.
