Study On Difficulties And Solutions Of Internet Plus Home-based Care Service Model

At present,China is in the stage of rapid development of population aging.Since its comprehensive implementation in 2008,the home-based care service has made considerable progress.The home-based care service model is more and more accepted in China’s old-age service system.In recent years,with the development of China’s Internet technology and the diversification of home-based care services,in July 2015,the State Council officially issued the "Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Actively Promoting the " Internet + " Action"(hereinafter referred to as "Opinions").The "Opinions" encourage the integration of Internet technology with traditional home-based care and promote the development of home-based care services.The emergence of the "Internet +" home-based care model has improved the quality of life of the elderly and improved the service efficiency of the home-based care service center.This article takes Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and welfare pluralism as the theoretical basis,and takes Chengdu as an example to visit Chengdu’s multi-home care center for the elderly,and adopts questionnaire survey,interview analysis methods for the elderly in Chengdu.The people and the home care service center staff conducted research,combined with the research results and existing literature research to analyze the current "Internet +" home care service in China.There are problems such as the difficulty in the operation of intelligent old-age facilities,the incompatibility of the individual’s personal ability,the imperfect infrastructure,the single function of the product,the lack of practicality,the inability to secure information,the failure to implement government policies,and the need to improve the quality of service personnel.This study combines the classic case of China’s "Internet +" home care service,and proposes to accelerate the construction of infrastructure,innovative and practical smart old-age products,strengthen information security management,accelerate the implementation of government preferential policies,and increase the training and training of professional talents.Intensify,speed up the construction of relevant laws and regulations,establish a comprehensive assessment system and other measures to solve the current predicament of the implementation of "Internet +" home care services.
