Research On The Model Of Home-based Care For The Elderly In Urban Communities In China Under The Background Of “Internet+”

With increasing trend of aging population,there are more and more problems in the traditional community home care service model,which has been unable to meet the needs of timely,flexible and convenient pension services for the elderly.However,the rapid development of "Internet + " has become a important driving force for traditional pension industry,especially the integration development of "Internet +" and community home-based care services will provide new tools and ideas for solving these problems.Therefore,based on these,the paper applies mobile Internet,networking,big data,cloud computing and other new technology to pension service model to the full integration of pension service resources of family and community,and promote the formation of new pension service model.The service model of "Internet +community home-based care"not only can help to optimize the allocation of resources endowment,to improve the utilization efficiency of resources endowment,to make up for the defects of the traditional family pension and community pension service model,but also help to solve the problem of information exchange between supply and demand to improve the timeliness and flexibility.The basic ideas of this paper are:First,the supply and demand of home-based care services of country community home-based care services do not match with bad convenience and flexibility at present;the scope of home-based care services is narrow with less spiritual care;the evaluation mechanism of home care service is not perfect,the management efficiency is low,the professional service personnel of the home care is shortage,the personnel quality is not very high.The "Internet+" use of community home-based care services field is helpful to solve the information exchange problem,to expand the home-based care services projects and enrich the content of home-based care services,to improve management efficiency and service efficiency of home-based care services.Second,the reasons for these problems are that the pension subjects are lack of effective communication,professional organizations is lack;pension concept deviation hinders the development of community home care services;the low information level of community home care limits the development of home-based care services.In a word,from economic point of view,the supply and demand of home-based care services does not match so that it damages the welfare of the elderly;from a sociological sense,the decentralized management of our country's old-age resource causes the low quality life,the low social satisfaction and the low perception of social status.Third,this paper analyses feasibility of the service model of "Internet+community home-based care" from four aspects.The policy basis includes a number of special notice and a series of supporting measures hope to push forward the development of"Internet+pension" services.Technology foundation includes the increasing popularity of Internet users and the development of a variety of terminal equipment holdings and the standard of technology development of cloud computing,big data,networking and intelligent terminal equipment.The economic basis includes a large number of capital investment about the government's pension services and the growing income and consumption levels of the old people.The psychological basis includes the rising acceptance of the "Internet+pension services" about the elderly and families.Fourth,this paper briefly discusses the process for the elderly to get these service from the life care,the spiritual comfort,health care services and emergency services,and summarizes the content of constructing the service model of "Internet +community home-based care",including basic database system,the pension service system and operation application system;and definite needs of the parties of "Internet +community home-based care" service information platform;and do a brief logical division to the framework of this platform,and do a brief design to the system architecture based on this platform;and discusses the operation mode of the "Internet +community home-based care" service from the operating and management mechanism.Fifth,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions.First,we must speed up the construction of laws,regulations and standards system,establish and improve the supervision and evaluation mechanism;secondly' strengthen the construction of network infrastructure,develop the intelligence terminal for the elderly;third,establish a unified information platform for home-based care service and apply old people's data scientifically;fourth,strengthen the cooperation of social forces,improve the pension industry chain of the service model of "Internet +community home-based care";fifth,strengthen the training of the aged professionals and strengthen the education of information technology for elderly people.
