As a kind of innovation practice provided by government service,government public service outsourcing can change the original single mode of providing only by the government,improve the efficiency and quality of public service,and at the same time be beneficial to the establishment of service-oriented government.However,in the process of government public service outsourcing,because the service contractor has the opportunity to contact or obtain a large amount of personal information on the basis of the government power,it is likely to lead to the disclosure and abuse of personal information,thus causing damage to the personal interests of the citizens.Although China's government public service outsourcing started late,it has developed particularly rapidly in recent years,and various areas of government have also tried to use the form of service outsourcing.On the contrary,China's theoretical research is still not comprehensive enough,and there is no effective attention and research on the possible risks in the outsourcing process,especially the lack of research on the protection of personal information in the government public service outsourcing process in our country.This paper describes the basic theories of government public service outsourcing and personal information protection in our country.It also discusses the necessity of protecting personal information in government public service outsourcing,and then combines the problems existing in the process of government public service outsourcing in our country,and draws on the related experiences of Europe,the United States and India,and proposes to Suggestions on the protection of personal information rights during the government public service outsourcing.
