Research On The Management Of E-commerce In Local Governments

In recent years,with China's supply side reforms,and the government' accelerating the pace of transformation and upgrading of traditional industries by the Internet plus,e-commerce industry has gained rapid development in our country.E-commerce has not only developed rapidly in the eastern coastal areas and large and medium-sized cities,but also developed rapidly in the central and western regions,small towns and the vast rural areas.The development of e-commerce industry has become a force that can not be ignored in the development of our country's economy.How to guide,promote and supervise the development of e-commerce industry in the areas under its jurisdiction has become a major issue for local governments to be prudent and scientific,and has become a hot topic of concern in the academic community.This paper takes the management of local government e-commerce as the research object.On the basis of combing the literature and absorbing the relevant basic theories,combining with the practice of implementing the Electronic Commerce Management in the county of Xin Gan County in Jiangxi Province,this paper discusses how to promote the development of the electronic commerce industry in the County in the last 10 years.The author especially analyzes the development of electronic commerce in the industry of suitcase leather goods,which is mainly analyzed by the government of new dry county,which is mainly from the planning origin,support policy,successful experience and demonstration effect.According to the results of the analysis of the case of the new dry county,the author puts forward how the local government strengthens the local e-business management,which is the value of this research.
