The Comprehensive Management Of Social Security In Urban Communities

With the deepening of the reform and opening-up and the rapid development of the economy and society,the social security in our country also presents many new features,new problems and new forms,which bring the comprehensive management of social security in the new era new requirements and new challenges.I n recent years,the situation of social security in our country becomes serious,and the unstable factors are growing rapidly,which not only make people feel less secure,but also seriously affect the healthy and sustainable development of the economy and society.The Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the economic and social development in our country presents new characteristics,which requires us to strengthen the development of social governance system and discuss a new model of state governance.This thesis focuses on urban communities,choosing an old urban community in Y district as the research object,basing on the development of the community governance system,analyzing problems in the angle of joint participation of multiple subjects and social public governance.The comprehensive management of social security shall be based on the leadership of the Party committee,centered on the government's responsibility,giving full play to the synergy of the social organizations,taking public participation as the focal point,and also be led by the law,which can finally make government governance,social regulation and resident self-governance work together.The final goal is to make social management more socialized,information,intelligent,legislated and specialized.
