With the development of rapid economy,people's demand for travel is growing.Urban Rail Transit become the first choice of transportation for residents with high speed,safety,reliability,accurate punctuality,comfort,large capacity and other advantages.Nowadays,the role of rail transit in urban transport in our country is getting more and more important,especially in megalopolis,Shanghai.The development of urban rail transit around the World Expo has entered a leapfrog stage,and the operation of urban rail transit has entered an era of network operation.However,considering the current network operation,operational safety and service quality are not fully guaranteed due to the frequent failure of the urban rail transit operation accidents.Therefore,the article has the realistic significance for taking the safety supervision by rail transit operation as the research object and studying the weakness in supervision by the guidance of operation accident.Based on the main research object of accident cases occurred in the operation of Shanghai Urban Rail Transit in this paper,the article research the object problems comprehensively in the operation safety supervision according to the documentary methods,field investigations and case methods.Combining with the regulatory experience of urban rail transit in London,Hong Kong and Beijing,the article carries out in-depth analysis and put forward the feasibility advice on the safety supervision of Shanghai Urban Rail Transit Operation.Mainly include:(1)Make the integration of operations regulatory agencies to realize the cooperation of government and business and enhance the efficiency of information transmission;(2)Detailed the emergency plan and improve the practicality of the plan through the exercise assessment;(3)Emphasis on the application of modern science and technological to ensure the quality of equipment;(4)Strengthen the safety training,emergency handing capacity and safety awareness in operation;(5)Strengthen the supervision of outbuilding construction and enhance the supervision methods;(6)Introduce the third-party supervision and open the network supervision platform.
