Urban rail transit has become one of the most popular modes of transportation for residents with its own on-time comfort,safety and reliability,large capacity and high speed.The role of rail transit in urban transportation in China is becoming more and more important.Especially after the national “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”,the development of urban rail transit in China has entered a leap-forward stage.Many urban rail transits have entered network operations,but At present,the operation of urban rail transit shows that operational accidents are frequent and urban rail transit safety is not fully guaranteed.Therefore,the thesis takes Guangzhou municipal urban rail transit operation safety government supervision as the research object,and provides the basis for relevant departments to supervise and manage urban rail transit safety.Based on the discussion of the regulations,systems and operational system of Guangzhou municipal rail transit operation safety government supervision,it is found that the problems existing in the government supervision of Guangzhou rail transit operation safety include: prominent multi-head supervision problems,blind spots in process supervision,The lack of enforcement power,the lack of safety supervision techniques,methods and means,and the lack of regulatory support and standards system support,leading to problems including: lack of independence and impartiality in supervision,government regulation laws and regulations in urban rail transit operation safety Imperfect,backward regulatory concepts affect the regulatory effect and the existing regulatory system is difficult to meet regulatory requirements.Finally,from strengthening the independence of urban rail transit safety supervision,improving the government regulatory regulations and standards system for urban rail transit operation safety,changing the concept of government supervision in urban rail transit operation safety,and improving the government supervision system in urban rail transit operation safety,etc.The aspect proposes to improve the government supervision countermeasures for the safety of urban rail transit operations in Guangzhou.Through the research in this paper,in order to further improve the level of safety government supervision in urban rail transit operations and better adapt to the needs of marketization,we should change the concept of government supervision,establish an independent regulatory body,improve the regulatory legal system,optimize the supervision methods and Ways to strengthen supervision of the regulatory agencies,so that government supervision plays its due role.
