With the development of society,public crisis,which is more and more closely related to our life,has become a social problem that appeared frequently.Especially in recent years,with the rapid development of information technology,Medias have more diversified ways and powerful function to disseminate information,so public crisis communication affects the effectiveness of public crisis governance deeply.The establishment and research of the theory of public crisis management in Chinese academic circles began in 2008,and many scholars have carried on the preliminary research on the public crisis management from the connection of the government and the media.However,there are rather few analyses and addresses about the government-media communication and cooperative governance on public crisis from the view of public governance.Based on the theory system of public crisis management,this text analyzes the roles local government and medias played in the public crisis dealing.Based on the cases of "2014 Super Typhoon Rammasun landfall" and "heavy Fog vehicle Detention incident in the Haikou Port during the Spring Festival of 2018",this paper makes a thorough analysis of the effectiveness of the interactive government-media communication in the public crisis incident in Hainan Province.From the public crisis management aspect,this paper studies the role the government-media interaction played in crisis governance,analyzing the phenomena,problems and potential causes in public crisis management in order to enhance the benign government-media interaction and further provide possible advices for the public sectors to enhance its capacity to manage public crises.
