The author has attempted to use his MBA knowledge to help change the absent point of its strategic management, and make the guideline for it to take the best of its own advantages, seize the market opportunities, avoid the competition risks and improve competitive situation., through the research to its strategic development,The author relies on his practical and professional experience in working as a solicitor for many years, with the use of Porter's five competitive forces model ,he has made the analysis for the competitive environment , reveals its essence of the lawyer's profession, differentiate the opportunities and threats under the legal service environment. on the basis of the analysis of the general legal environment. Meanwhile, combined with its own resources and capacities for LC Law Firm, the author has applied SWOT analysis method to draw up each optional plan for the development strategy of LC law firm, and then use AHP method to evaluate and choose what is right, determine the future development strategy. In a result, the strategic guidelines, objectives and countermeasures have been put forward on the table accordingly.Through using the strategic management theory, in connection with the current legal environment and the practical condition of LC Law Firm, the conclusion is stated: LC Law Firm should employ the differential strategy to enter into the market competition.
