Research On The Development Strategy Of Heilongjiang Gaosheng Sachs Law Firm

With the rapid development of the national economy,people are gradually aware of the important role of law in people’s life,which improves the quality of life and makes the number of relevant personnel engaged in legal services increase year by year.The number of law firms increase year by year,which not only enhances the intensity of competition in the law industry,but also leads to new standards and requirements for development and management of law firms.From the micro perspective,exploring and applying a good development and management mode can help law firms to achieve good development in the increasingly fierce market competition.From the macro perspective,exploring a new development strategy of law firms can improve the overall level of domestic legal service industry and promote the process of socialist rule of law in China.This article takes the related development strategy theory of business administration as the theoretical basis,the current situation of domestic lawyer industry as the practical basis,and chooses Heilongjiang Gaosheng Sachs law group as the case study goal to explore its development strategy.First of all,it analyzes the internal and external environment of Heilongjiang Gaosheng Sachs law group.The internal environment includes internal management,marketing,brand and cultural construction and financial situation.The external environment includes political environment analysis,economic environment analysis and social environment analysis,respectively from the bargaining power of suppliers,the bargaining power of buyers,potential entrants,and the threat of substitutes.Secondly,SWOT analysis is used to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the internal environment and the threats and opportunities in the external environment.Thirdly,according to the development needs and actual situation of Heilongjiang Gaosheng Sachs law group,the paper puts forward the internal management strategy,customer relationship management strategy and differentiated business development strategy.Finally,in terms of the guarantee of strategic development,the paper puts forward the guarantee measures of Heilongjiang Gaosheng Sachs Law Group on improving the management organization system,improving the talent training mechanism,strengthening the cultural construction of law firms,and improving the business level of law firms.This research discusses the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats of Heilongjiang Gaosheng Sachs Law Group.Combining both the internal and external environment,the present study develops scientific strategies aiming to achieve the sustainable development of Heilongjiang Gaosheng Sachs Law Group.Besides,the current study also provides reference for other law firms.
