With the shift of the world economic center of gravity to the "indo-pacific" region and the current rapid rise of China, the United States,Japan,India and Australia feel anxious about the rapid rise of China's influence. In 2017,the "security dialogue" among the four countries was revived, which is the release of the strategic signal that the four countries work together to hedge China's influence. As the strategic pivot of the United States,India makes full use of the "indo-pacific" strategy to serve its own interests. On the whole,India actively supports the "indo-pacific" strategy to guard against China's expanding influence, and in the expansion strategy with South Asia as the core,India improves its own strength in an all-round way to increase its competitive chips with China. However,India's participation in the "indo-pacific" strategy not only threatens China's geopolitical security and "One Belt And One Road" construction, but also exacerbates the fragmented state of South Asia and impacts the core status of asean in India's Act East Policy.China calls on India to deepen bilateral relations, achieve win-win cooperation, increase trust and dispel misgivings, and jointly build a community of shared future for mankind.Firstly, the "indo-pacific" strategic development process and its content are introduced, and the paper analyzes the double cause of the "indo-pacific" strategic and summarizes the characteristics of the current "indo-pacific" strategy, namely the "indo-pacific" strategy is full of fuzzy and uncertainty, while India is the key factor to determine the stability of the indo-pacific strategy;Secondly, this paper discusses and analyzes India's cognition of "indo-pacific" strategy at different levels, namely from Indian officials, scholars and mass media, and the main factors influencing India's perception of indo-pacific are also analyzed from domestic and foreign perspectives.Thirdly, through India's participation in the "indo-pacific" strategy, the strategic intention of India's implementation of the concentric circle strategy is analyzed, that is to say,India should make full use of the "indo-pacific" strategy and rely on the support of big powers to comprehensively enhance its own strength, consolidate its sphere of influence in South Asia and maintain its hegemony in the Indian Ocean.Meanwhile,it should guard against the threat of China's influence and squeeze China's "One Belt And One Road" development space in the "indo-pacific" region; Finally, the paper analyzes the impact of India's participation in the "indo-pacific" strategy and the feasible measures taken by China to weaken the negative impact. In other words,China hopes that the two countries can enhance strategic mutual trust, seek opportunities for bilateral cooperation with the concept of openness and inclusiveness, and achieve mutual benefit and common rise.In general,India's participation in the "indo-pacific" strategy aims to jointly offset China's rising influence with the help of the U.S.,Japan and Australia,so as to maintain India's hegemony in South Asia and the Indian Ocean. While balancing China's strength, the "indo-pacific" strategy that India has participated in has inevitably exerted a negative impact on the geopolitical environment around China. As a responsible major country,China is willing to enhance trust and dispel misgivings with India, promote prosperity through cooperation and build a community of Shared future for mankind.
