Research On The Construction Of Rural Spiritual Civilization By Neo-village Elite

Nowadays,China has entered a new era.The rural development strategy has been upgraded from new rural construction project to rural vitalization strategy.The implementation of the rural vitalization strategy is an inevitable requirement for people's longing for a better life,and an inevitable requirement for achieving the goal of the "Two centenary goals".The strategy of rural vitalization requires us to do well in the construction of rural spiritual civilization and improve the spirit of farmers.The construction of rural spiritual civilization is an important and complex systematic project,which includes the construction of rural education,science,and culture on the material level,as well as moral ideals,ideological beliefs on the spiritual level.At present,the construction of spiritual civilization in rural areas has problems in terms of insufficient material conditions,fewer leads in fashion and lack of coordination mechanisms.And the adoption of general ideological and political education methods is not sufficient to solve these complex problems.As an important part of the traditional culture in rural areas,the “villager culture” is a kind of cultural form that takes the “villagers” as model to achieve rural development.And “Neo-village elite” is the organizer,demonstrator and builder of the current rural morality,culture and education,and rural harmony.Actively playing the role of “Neo-village elite” can make up for the shortcomings of rural spiritual civilization construction.This article is based on the unique perspective of “Neo-village elite”,and concretely analyzes the existing problems during the construction of rural spiritual civilization,and also put forward some specific thinking and suggestions from the perspective of “Neo-village elite” boosting rural spiritual civilization construction.This article is divided into five parts: introduction,related basic concepts,current problems in the construction of rural spiritual civilization,and value analysis and value development of “Neo-village elite” promoting rural spiritual civilization construction.Firstly,the introduction elaborates the status and important role of “Neo-village elite” during the construction of rural spiritual civilization construction.At the same time,this part also mentions the current situation of related research and the research method of this article.Secondly,this article defines the concept of “Neo-village elite” and rural spiritual civilization construction.Through the unification of history and logic,this part describes the historical connotations of the “villagers” and the “villager culture”,as well as the era characteristics of rural spiritual civilization construction in different periods.Thirdly,this article explained the current problems during the construction of rural spiritual civilization from the perspective of reality.Fourthly,starting with the existing problems in the construction of rural spiritual civilization,this article clarifies the unique value of “Neo-village elite” in solving practical problems from the theoretical perspective.Finally,this article proposes that “Neo-village elite” should lead the improvement and development of the material,fashion,and coordination mechanisms in the construction of rural spiritual civilization.We hoped that the viewpoints and suggestions putted forward in this paper will benefit the current construction of rural spiritual civilization.
