The Research On The Welfare System Of The Nordic Countries

With the continuous deepening of the reform and opening up process in the past10 years,the establishment and improvement of the social security system and social welfare system with Chinese characteristics has increasingly become an important goal of the party and the government's innovation in social construction.Although there is a kind of similarpessimism which is known as “the end of welfare states",but the welfare states have become the academic communities.It is an indisputable fact that they have caused a hot topic among the whole world,and a lot of efforts and studies have been done by many experts from different disciplines of the analysis.Although the "people's welfare" policy has made Sweden won the "Welfare's window" reputation,but with the 1970 s oil crisis and the impact of economic globalization,the weakness of Swedish domestic economic,the deficit of welfare budget,national fiscal deficit,the rapid growth,and in the face of domestic and international pressure,the Swedish government gradually reflects "social democracy"welfare model excessive defects the commercialization and welfare reform.From the establishment to gradually improvement of the welfare system in Sweden,the Swedish welfare system has always been in the continuous adjustment,but has also always maintained a stable framework and model of the welfare system,which is under the national development pressure.The important inspiration from Sweden is that the welfare system has its institutional rationality.The establishment and development need to follow its rules,respecting public opinion demands,combining the culture of the national conditions and reaching the welfare consensus widely,which is the inevitable requirement to maintain the advanced nature of the welfare system.This paper aims to study the Swedish welfare system,the formation factors of process,its content,the adjustments of policies and influence of them.At last would be the research by the Swedish welfare system under the background of economic globalization and the challenges and opportunities and its reform and development prospects.
