Research On The Sino-Indonesian Maritime Strategy Competition And Cooperation(2014-2018)

The 21st century heralds the advent of the sea age,in the contest of the international power structure,national maritime strategy has drawn much attention.The national maritime strategy has become an important part of the national grand strategy.Since Joko Widodo took charge of the political situation in Indonesia,has been committed to Indonesia to return to the ranks of the world's maritime power.He developed a global marine pivot strategy,as an important part of its maritime strategy.Simultaneously,since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,China has also proposed a more systematic and comprehensive marine strategy.In 2013,China proposed the "One Belt and One Road" Initiative,and immediately received positive response and support from the Indonesian government.As an important node of countries along the "Maritime Silk Road",Indonesia plays a decisive role in the implementation of our marine strategy in China.At the Indonesian high-end summit of the "Belt and Road" initiative in early 2018,the "One Belt and One Road" association of China and Indonesia cooperated in the areas of bilateral trade,investment,economy,culture and tourism,and then build a joint platform for common development and cooperation.Taking a close look at the marine strategies of the two countries,they were highly in content,have many fields of cooperation,and have a productive basis for cooperation.Therefore,it is an important issue for China to study the Sino-Indonesian maritime strategic cooperation and cooperation relationship under the current situation.In the end,it will help China to become a distant ocean and realize its ocean power.This article studies the competition and cooperation between the two countries'maritime strategy from a strategic point of view.This article specifically includes five parts:The first part shows the reasons for selecting the topic and the significance of the topic.Simultaneously,sort out domestic and foreign literature in this field and clarify the writing method of this article.Furthermore,define the basic concepts in the text and find out the writing ideas.The second part focuses on the proposed background and basic content of China-Indonesian marine strategy.On the one hand,it explains the development of the maritime strategy of the two countries.On the other hand,it shows the concrete meanings and writing categories of the maritime strategies in this article.The third part compares and analyzes the similarities and differences between the marine strategies of the two countries,and clarifies the competing areas in which they exist.The fourth part focuses on the reasons why China and Indonesia's marine strategy is in a state of co-opetition.The article mainly consider national interest,regional situation,and domestic political ecology in Indonesia.The fifth part is from the perspective of state relations,national interests and regional situation,to explain the influence of the maritime strategic cooperation and cooperation between the two countries.To solve unfavorable factors,both parties should proceed from real problems.By focusing on strategic dialogue,enhancing confidence in cooperation,and paying attention to benefit assessment.Then we will promote the deepening of maritime strategic cooperation between the two countries.
