Under the background of economic and social growth,population growth patterns,and urbanization,population aging is currently a serious social problem facing China,especially the aging of the rural population and the elderly left behind in rural areas are the focus of pension issues.difficulty.At present,the researches on rural left-behind elderly people mostly focus on the macro background analysis and problem description level.There is still relatively little practice on the involvement of social work in the rural left-behind elderly.Rural left-behind elderly people need to be regarded as important groups in social and economic development.Although there is a large demand for old-age care,due to restrictions on the geographical and environmental conditions in rural areas,limited resources for retirement services,and lagging development of social organizations,their lives,spirit,and health are not To take good care,resulting in a large demand for rural aged care but a small supply of services,in the face of these problems,how to mobilize different social forces to establish service teams to form a social support network to provide services for rural left elderly is an important area of rural social work.This article takes S County of Yunnan Province as an example to conduct an investigation and evaluation from the perspectives of social support theory,active aging theory and the theory of empowerment,and analyzes the needs and differences of old-age care for left-behind elderly in rural areas,and further analyzes the necessity of rural elderly care services for elderly left-behind residents.And feasibility.The social work involved in the home care service is to provide services for rural left-behind elderly through the establishment of an old-age service team,and to carry out group activities and community activities for the left-behind elderly in rural areas through indirect intervention to provide capacity building for the rural aged care service with direct intervention..On the basis of practice,through the combination of literature review,interviews,observations,and practical research,research materials are collected to study methods and approaches for social work involvement in rural left-behind people,seize this key point of service teams,and tap and give play to the advantage of service teams to explore rural areas.The practice process of home-based care services for the elderly is based on this.It proposes measures and recommendations for social work to intervene in rural home care services and the development of service teams,and promotes service teams to provide sustainable and regular services to the rural left-behind elderly.
