Since the new century,the construction system of Chinese civil servants is becoming more and more perfect,and the age structure of civil servants is becoming more and more balanced.As an important part of the civil service group,young civil servants are gradually on the stage of history,and become the backbone of the administration and public service in our country,and become the sunshine and responsibility of our country.The important driving force of the construction of the government under the rule of law and the rule of law.General secretary Xi Jinping has pointed out that the training and selection of young cadres,the cause of the cause of the party's cause and fire,the country's long-term stability,strengthening and improving the work of young cadres,to make efforts to make efforts to do a good job of training.Therefore,it is necessary to study the incentive mechanism for young civil servants.This paper,taking the Shenzhen Social Security Fund Management Bureau(hereinafter referred to as "the social security bureau")as an example,analyzes the incentive mechanism of the youth civil service group in this bureau,and combs the relevant research literature at home and abroad in the perspective of the special group of young civil servants,and combines Alderfer's ERG and Herzberg.The theory of the western incentive mechanism,such as the dual factor theory and Adams' s fair theory,is based on the national conditions of China,and through the questionnaire and return visit and so on,it dissected the low salary and welfare level,the incomplete view of the assessment system,the lack of the training system and the promotion of the training system in the youth civil service incentive mechanism of the Shenzhen Social Security Bureau.It is difficult to reflect the problems of fairness and so on.From the limitations of the state incentive system,the limitations of the traditional theory of human nature hypothesis,the fact that the actual needs are not fully met,the lag of the concept and the problems of the youth civil servants themselves are analyzed,the suggestions for improving the incentive mechanism of the youth civil servants are put forward in the light of the reality of the Shenzhen.It also preserves the feasibility of further exploring and improving the feasibility of the relevant mechanisms,providinga reference text for further strengthening the work of the youth civil servants,enhancing the efficiency of the work and actively participating in the great revival of the Chinese nation in the new era.
