A Research Of Xi Jinping Thought On Rule-based Governance Over The Party

Based on the predecessors' research of Xi Jinping,this paper makes a systematic research of Xi Jinping Thought on rule-based governance over the Party.It mainly consists of three parts.In the instruction part,it make notes on the research background,research status,research ideas and research significance.The first part discuss the engender of rule-based governance over the Party.It expounds the thought by its origin and historical background.The origin of this thought can be summarized into the party construction thoughts of Marxism-Leninism,Mao Zedong thought and the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics while the historical background mainly focus on the perspectives of international,domestic and the party situation to analyse the necessity of implementing the thought of rule-based governance over the Party.The second part studies the content of rule-based governance over the Party.The formulation of party rules,the strictly enforcement of party rules and the observance for the whole party constitute the content of rule-based governance over the Party.In the formulation of party rules,it mainly analyse the progress of its improvement and achievement.Regulations,mainly function is to observe.So it is of great importance to take scientific measures to make sure of its enforcement.The observance faces the whole nation,not only for the cadres.The third aspect discuss of the range,details and to improve people's self-consciousness.The third part discusses the feature and value of the rule-based governance over the Party.Scientificness,systematicness and practicalness are the three most outstanding characteristics of this thought.In this new era,it has its own value in the enrichment of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the contribution on improve the scientific ways of administering the Party and the ensurance of law-based governance over the country.
