The Research On The Construction Of The CPC's Rural Grass-roots Party Organizations Since The 18th National Congress Of The CPC

The rural grassroots party organization is the first line to implement the party's line,principles and policies,is the key node for the governing party to communicate with the masses of peasants,is a fighting fortress where the party unites and serves the people,Is an important source of all the party 's strength.The basic position of rural grassroots party organizations provides an important path for us to promote new rural construction and urbanization,we must adhere to the core position of the party's leadership and unswervingly,to implement the service for the people as a fundamental,enhancing the party's advanced nature and purity,make grassroots party organizations better serve rural development,better represent the fundamental interests of the vast majority of the people,effectively promote the Improvement of Material and Spiritual Civilization in rural areas,make it the most active force for agricultural modernization.Since The Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party has faced many difficulties and challenges in the process of promoting socialism with Chinese characteristics,there are still short boards in the field of people's livelihood,the task of rural poverty alleviation is arduous,regional development in urban and rural areas and income gap between urban and rural residents are showing an expanding trend,the social contradictions and problems intertwined and superimposed,the farmers are facing severe problems in employment,education,health care,pension and so on,this puts forward new and higher requirements for us to strengthen the rural grassroots party organizations to resolve the contradictions in development.If we want to accomplish The four-pronged comprehensive strategy,The five-sphere integrated plans,The five concepts for development,The 13th Five-Year Plan,The two centenary goals,even the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation,we should strengthen grassroots party organizations to build as an important guarantee.However,since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Some rural grass-roots party organizations still have conflicts between the party and the masses,cadres and conflicts.Corruption,Public rights private use,Violations of the interests of the masses and other incidents occur from time to time,to a certain extent,it triggered the crisis of trust of some peasants to the ruling party.While thinking about the above issues,I took rural grass-roots party organizations in S County Z County as the object of investigation,and made some inquiries into the problems,the characteristics of the problems,and the causes of the problems,taking the Marxist historical materialism as a guide and applying relevant theories such as Marxism in China,a series of solutions have been put forward based on the actual conditions of S town,form an Innovative Exploration Based on Marxist Party Building Theory,also expect that some general methods can be found from special cases to provide reference for the construction of rural grassroots party organizations throughout the country.The overall framework of the dissertation consists of four parts.The first part is related theoretical analysis of rural grass-roots party organizations,providing theoretical support for subsequent empirical studies.Based on the basic principle of Marx doctrine and the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the concept,historical evolution,status and practical significance of the grass-roots party organizations in rural areas are discussed from the perspectives of modem history,the history of democratic political development and the history of the Marx in china.At the same time,in the introduction part,the research background,significance,research status at home and abroad,research priorities,methods and innovations are explained.The second part mainly discusses the basic situation of S town and the effectiveness of S town in promoting the construction of rural grassroots party organizations.In the third part,based on empirical research methods,on the basis of field visits,visits,questionnaires,and literature review,the problems existing in the actual rural party organizations in S towns were categorized and analyzed,and the nature of the problems was studied and generated,and the main cause of the problem.The fourth part is mainly aimed at the problems of the rural grass-roots party organizations in S town,combining the current national conditions and the theory of Marxist political parties,and drawing lessons from the existing policies,to propose solutions to the problems.
