Lost In The Developing:the Farmers' Action Choice For The Expression Of Their Interests In The Process Of Losing Their Arable Land

At present,China is in the rapid development of the transition period.Wave of the era of pushing the rural land used by the traditional agriculture to industrial and urban construction.Rural social structure and interests pattern is facing reshuffle of the historic opportunity.Studies of farmers activism and the way of fighting,academic circles has laid a solid foundation,and many theoretical research and explain the framework is still a insights so far.However,with the development of practice,the farmers' expression of interests is to change at the present stage.Among them,there are some traditional ways to continue expanding and development,some are gradually declining.The action selection of farmers' expression of interests emergence new norm.In this paper,J village as a case study,The author tries to discuss the action logic of land-lost farmers' expression of interests by using the method of "story" to represent the farmers lost ground in the process of action selection as carefully as the information of the whole event.The article is divided into four parts.The first part is the simple analysis and the narrative of J village and the unsolved problem of the requisition of land for the first time.J village is a small village with not long history but very fertile land.The unclear compensation of land expropriation was a thorn in the heart of farmers a few years ago.During this period,farmers were completely unable to express their own interests,the sense of loss and deprivation of land expropriation compensation had become the lesson of farmers to express interests after.The second part describes the J village farmers' specific actions of expressing interests in the process that they lost their lands in detail.The first chapter introduces farmers how to get information before land expropriation,how to assault peach in order to get higher compensation,how to refused to sign because of unhappy with compensation standard.The second chapter describes the story that the peach tree were pulled by high iron after the villagers refused to sign and farmers have to choice the petition with the failed negotiation with high iron.The third chapter mainly tells the story of the second wave of land expropriation and farmers build greenhouses in the "revenge" of high speed rail and raid" with the Chengguan.The third part namely chapter 4 analyzes the farmers' action in the swing of the individual interests and collective interests.As an individual,the farmers whose ability is insufficient were very afraid of revenge because still more trust of high-level government,petition still is high frequency selection of the express interests of the farmers.Secondly,the safety factor of the farmer activism and legitimate coefficient is improved,but farmers' approval of villages and grassroots cadres have weakened;Finally,based on rural acquaintances society of traditional social capital has declined,but at the era of networks and smart phone information interact,widening the channels of farmers' access to information,and helping the farmers' expression of interests.The survey of J village found that the farmers'
