Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Government Supervision In Yunnan Province

Government administrative supervision is an important measurement to ensure that the major decisions and work arrangements of the Central Committee and the State Council are fully implemented.It is also an significant guarantee for government to perfect its supervision and enhance its executive ability.It is an indispensable and irreplaceable part of the government's overall work.At present,the administrative supervision of government affairs in major proportion of area are relatively conservative in terms of working methods,procedures and systems,which lead to ineffective supervision and inspection,poor effectiveness,unfulfillment measures for major decisions and implementation of work arrangements.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the Chinese Communist Party has made significant theoretical innovations through arduous theoretical exploration and has shaped the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Under the new era,there must be new concepts,new ideas and new initiatives in the work of supervision over government affairs.In order to further improve the supervision and improve the execution ability,on the basis of deeply understanding and earnestly studying,fully analyzing and correctly grasping the law of the supervision of the government affairs,further innovate supervision mechanism of the government affairs and improve the effectiveness of the supervision work,and truly to turn supervision become a weapon to promote development,to achieve continuous improvement of supervision efficiency.Under the background of this development,this thesis takes Yunnan Province government supervision as an example to study the supervision of government affairs.Majorly include four chapters.First part: a brief description of government supervision,the concept and content of the system of supervision,the theoretical basis and theoretical foundation.The second part,take the supervision of Yunnan Province government as an example,introduces the current status of supervision and administration of government affairs and provides a realistic basis for the later research.The third part,on the basis of the above part,elaborates the commonalities and individuality problems existing on supervision of Yunnan Province from different aspects and analyze the reasons.The fourth part,based on existing problems as the guidance,combined with the actual work of Yunnan provincial government supervision,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to further perfect and improve the supervision work of government affairs,strengthen the role of government supervision and inspection,to enhance the effectiveness of supervision.
