Research On Improving The Social Old-age Service System In Yunnan Province

As our country enters the aging society,in order to do a good job of ensuring the livelihood of the people and improving the work,our province needs to think seriously about the aging of the population,because this has entered a period of rapid development in our province,and also put forward new problems and challenges to the present social endowment service system.In the nineteen Party's Congress,we proposed to build a social environment for the policy of respecting the elderly and providing for the aged,and promote the development of the cause of aging.Yunnan is located in the southwest border of China.Compared with the developed cities in the East,Yunnan's economy is obviously lagging behind.The provision of old-age service is also very limited,facing the needs of the diversified services of the elderly,the main home care service has been unable to meet.If the construction of the social old-age service system is still unable to keep up with the development of the times,it will not provide high quality old-age service for the elderly,and there is a large difference in urban and rural areas in Yunnan province.The uneven distribution of old resources and insufficient supply capacity have seriously hindered the improvement and improvement of Yunnan's pension services.In the analysis of this article,we conclude that the existing social old-age service system in Yunnan is based on the endowment of the home,relying on and supplemented by the strength of the community and institutions.On the basis of this work,it reintegrates with the new development goals,such as "protection of rights and interests,happiness" and so on,and proposes to integrate medical care in the service of the aged.Combining the application of information technology to the old-age service,strengthening the cultivation of the pension industry and strengthening the legislation,we can further strengthen the construction of the social old-age service system.This article hopes that through the study of the countermeasures,we can fully mobilize the resources and strength of the whole society,realize the function of the social endowment service system,and resolutely implement the strategic goal of "the old and the old" and try to realize the decision reference.
