A Primary Research On Integral Development Mode Of,"One Major Part,MultipleSubordinates" For Community Drug Rehabilitation

In recent years,people show great concern over the drug problem when the harm caused by it continuously spreads within China.As a new type of anti-drug work pattern presented by the Anti-Drug Law,community narcotics detoxification and rehabilitation gains certain results as to dealing with drug issues.Based on researches into anti-drug literature and combined with the internship experience in a team of anti-drug program,the author,however,has discovered some problems of community drug addiction treatment and rehabilitation as a new anti-drug operation mode through visits and surveys.These existing issues,including incomplete relevant supporting facilities of laws,insufficient coordination among different departments,lack of funding,small scale and deficient expertise of the team,demand prompt solution.This paper intends to propose comprehensive development mode of “One Major Part,Multiple Subordinates” for community narcotics detoxification and rehabilitation,which lies in the establishment of a systematic treatment and rehabilitation website.The system will involve government,public security,sub-district offices,organizations,anti-drug social workers and drug users,where all parties can share anti-drug information and maintain communication within the rehabilitation system.Under these circumstances,it can realize the integral use of resources and the seamless connection between work and mutual assistance.With the operation of rehabilitation system,the ultimate goal is to recover drug users' physical health,realize psychological withdrawal from the drug abuse,allow them to reintegrate into their original living environment and begin a new community life.It is an integrated working mode of anti-drug,unifying all initially “independent” work entities into one platform and boosting the anti-drug work to the more systematic and specialized development.In the meantime,the website of drug prevention system requires the guidance of the government,and its establishment demands joint forces from all parties.Therefore,this paper highlights how involved parties,like the government,organizations,sub-district offices and anti-drug social workers,perform their own duties and facilitate the integral development on the basis of the instruction of anti-drug system.
