Community Drug Rehabilitation Problems And Countermeasures Under The Background Of The Basic Governance

In recent years,with the promulgation and implementation of the “Anti-drug Law of the People’s Republic of China”(2008)and the “Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Drug Rehabilitation”(2011),great progress has been made in drug control and detoxification in China.Community detoxification also has the legal basis because of the clear stipulation in the "Anti-drug Law",and has gradually perfected and played a unique role in the practice of anti-drug detoxification,but there are also different problems that affect the effects of rehabilitation and social integration of drug rehabilitation personnel.Therefore,under the background of the new era,the introduction of social work concepts and methods will help to promote the full play of community detoxification.The author has adopted the observation method to field investigate and understand the community drug rehabilitation work in Nanchang,and conducted in-depth research on the X community.In practice,observe and study the practical role and cooperative methods of various subjects in community detoxification.On this basis,it analyzes the current situation of community detoxification work,involving the community detoxification facilities,workflow,work effectiveness,work attitude and so on,and analyzes the problems existing in community detoxification work based on the current situation,mainly including the low rate of community detoxification personnel establishment,community detoxification team is imperfect,the guarantee of community detoxification is inadequate,the single service content and the status of the staff.Finally,it puts forward suggestions for improving community drug rehabilitation work based on the problems,including expanding publicity,strengthening management,increasing investment,accelerating the construction of professional social workers,and mobilizing social forces to participate.
