The Study On Issues Of Business Management In The Thought Of Marxist Humanism

With the deepening of human economy and communication,the pattern of global economic integration is becoming more and more obvious,and the modern enterprise management has changed from the scientific concept to the human-oriented concept.As the magic weapon of modern enterprise management,more and more people attach importance to the concept of humanistic management.Under the background of the new era,the concept of people-oriented management is becoming more and more important to the management and long-term development of enterprises and has become a hot topic in the theoretical research and practical application of current management.Based on Marxist humanistic philosophy and related management theories,this paper studies the modern enterprise management in the field of Marxist humanistic thought through the induction and summary of humanistic management and Marxist humanistic thought.It mainly uses comparative analysis,literature research,logic analysis and so on to carry out relevant research and discussion.The content of this paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly combing the background,significance,domestic and foreign research summary and research methods of the topic of modern enterprise management under the view of Marx's humanistic thought.The second chapter is an overview of Marx's humanistic thought and enterprise management theory,mainly from the basic connotation of Marx's humanistic thought and the basic definition of enterprise management,which lays the groundwork for the following theory.The third chapter is to analyze the necessity of enterprise management based on Marx's humanistic thought,mainly from the Marxist humanistic thought theory as the starting point,to explore the management theory deviates from the Marxist humanistic thought of the actual performance and price.Value orientation is two aspects.The fourth chapter is the relationship between Marx's humanism thought and enterprise management,analyzes and discusses Marx's humanism thought,defines the basic elements of enterprise management,provides the basic train of thought for enterprise management and prescribes the value orientation of enterprise management.The fifth chapter is the realization way of enterprise management in the vision of Marx's humanistic thought.This paper puts forward the concept change from material-oriented management to human-oriented management,rediscovering the operating mechanism of enterprise management based on people-oriented,and taking the overall development of human being as the guidance of enterprise development.The sixth chapter is about the human nature,connotation and ultimate development goal of Marx's humanism,which is like the humanistic management.For the daily management of enterprises to provide guidance for the application of practice.Based on the relevant theories of Marx's humanism,this paper probes into the essence,significance and feasible ways of modern enterprise management,and explores the humanistic management ideas and practices with Chinese characteristics and distinctive Marxist humanism.
