Research On The Innovation Of Transportation Management System In Jiangxi Province

Jiangxi Province,located in the central part of our country,is the transportation hub,which has a very high strategic value for the development of the transportation.Jiangxi Province has the unique superiority in traveling resources,area positional advantage is obvious.However,transportation has become one of bottleneck restricting the development of the province.The reformation and development of transportation is the worldwide big current and the general trend,simultaneously is also Jiangxi Province reforms and the development urgent need.At present,the various modes of transport(Railways,Highways,Waterways,Civil aviation and other modes of transport)exist simultaneously in Jiangxi Province,different transportation modes are managed by different govern departments.So that there were several types of management models which resulted in regional division,department division,fragmentation,poor convergence,finally made a serious impact on the overall effectiveness of the play of integrated transport.This paper intends to discuss the current problem of transportation industry in Jiangxi Province and propose some possible solutions.This paper briefly introduces the status and trend,system of transportation industry in Jiangxi Province.A SWOT analysis method is used to analyze internal strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and threats external environment in transportation industry and provides developing strategy of it by utilizing the SWOT matrix.This paper analyzes traffic and transportation management system in developed countries or developed areas,most results and experience of the developed countries and developed areas have been proved that an integrated transport system is the key factor which can determine the comparative advantages of various means of transport and realize universal,coordinated and balanced development.This paper,based on the successful experience of advanced countries and regions of our country and world,considering the present situation in Jiangxi Province,puts forward the conception to promote the development of transportation industry.Then based on synergetic theory and integrity theory,an integrated administrative system was proposed which can be applied to the transportation industry in Jiangxi Province.Therefore,this paper puts forward the reform of government administration,the conversion of government functions,the perfect law system and supervising mechanism and the training of talents to strengthen the development of transport.
