In recent years,the rapid development of Jiangxi economy,administrative management system continued to deepen,and constantly improve the public finance system,social service gradually improved and the growing popularity of private cars.On the other hand,with the development of We Chat micro-blog,network media,leading the misappropriation of public funds and poverty alleviation funds the purchase of vehicles,use the government cars for private purposes phenomenon repeated exposure,people called it "corruption on wheels",but also reflect the strong,"the voice of the bus injustice" has become the focus of social concern.These problems show that the current system of car used for official business and China's socialist market economy be misfits,especially the problem of allocation,purchase,use and management of official vehicles in the process,has seriously affected the image of our government,damage the credibility of the government,and even can be said is not conducive to the normal development of political economy.Based on this,this paper takes Jiangxi Province as a typical sample of X unit,focuses on the analysis of representation,causes problems above,and learn from the advanced experience at home and abroad in the reform of the civil service vehicles,combined with the actual situation of Jiangxi Province,Jiangxi province and put forward countermeasures to improve the reform of the system of official vehicles.This thesis consists of six parts,namely,the main part of the four chapter and conclusion.The first part is the introduction part:this part is a study of general introduction,including the research background of the paper,put forward the research purpose,research significance of the paper;in addition,research status at home and abroad are also on the official vehicle using system reform were introduced,and the research methods and research content a general description.The second part is the theoretical basis of research:this part mainly introduces the concept and classification of official vehicles;theory of official vehicles and the process of China's official car system changes.The third part is based on the X unit as an example to analyze the current situation of Jiangxi province official vehicles management and the existing problems,reasons.The fourth part puts forward fifth suggestions and measures in Jiangxi Province,the official car reform is the conclusion and Prospect of the future development trend of Jiangxi Province,the reform of public service vehicles are analyzed,and the research innovation and shortage are discussed.
