There is little doubt that the great gap caused by the shortage of higher-degree talents has been an obstacle to the rural and agricultural development.However,the initiative of"One Undergraduate for Each Village"launched by department of education has put an end to this issue,catering to the development of rural,agriculture and farmers,which are called in Chinese SanNong.To a large degree,Chinese Broadcasting University has undertaken the supporter of providing major education resources,almost at the same time,this program of "One Undergraduate for Each Village" was officially carried out in JiangXi province,being taken the lead by JiangXi University of Agriculture and Jiangxi Broadcasting University and taken into practice through the way of distance learning as well as by correspondence.This paper is mainly focused on the current situation and potential issues of the program "One Undergraduate for Each Village" in Jiangxi Province.In order to grasp some solutions and suggestions,the documentary survey,live observation,interview and questionnaire are adopted.First of all,through documentary survey,the basic concept,background and process of this initiative,above all,some summary constructive effects are achieved.Then,a questionnaire is conducted among a certain number of students,encompassing the following topics including government function,education pattern,educational objects.finally,a report comes out.During this process,some major problems emerged in terms of teaching implementation,teaching supervision and supporting policies after graduation.Thirdly,some corresponding measures are put forward to deal with the three issues.As for government function,a administrative model combined government,school coupled with county is brought forward.Meanwhile,a evaluation mechanism should be established to strengthen the supporting level for graduates.Then comes to teaching pattern.A systematic teaching pattern,scientific and sound curriculum,and diversified teaching methods should be enhanced.Next comes to teaching object.The concept of learning,teaching plan and textbooks need adjusted to the realistic situation.
