The Evaluation Study On The Effectiveness Of College Student Village Official Policy

The policy of College student village official is a major strategic decision made by the Party Central Committee.Its main purpose is to promote the construction of a new socialist countryside,broaden the employment channels of college students,and train reserve talents for party and government cadres.The college student village official plan originated from the "young eagle project" in Fengxian County,Jiangsu Province in 1995.After years of pilot and exploration,until 2008,the college student village official plan was fully implemented nationwide.Jiangsu Province,as the birthplace of the national college student village official program,has made remarkable achievements in the implementation of the program for many years,of course,there are also some problems.This paper takes Jiangyan District,Taizhou City,Jiangsu Province as an example.First,the rural areas in Northern Jiangsu Province,as the focus of the development of Jiangsu Province at this stage,have strong research value,but the author,as a native,also exists in the process of research and investigation In many convenient ways,the whole research plan can be effectively implemented.This paper focuses on the implementation effect of the undergraduate program in Jiangyan District,Jiangsu Province from 2008 to 2018.First of all,it defines the concept,group characteristics and implementation effect of university student village officials,describes the historical evolution of university student village officials' policies,and points out the three theoretical basis of this study;then it investigates the implementation status of university student village officials' work in Jiangyan District,Taizhou City,according to the methods of questionnaire and field investigation,and the survey content includes the total selection,employment and outflow of university student village officials Physical conditions,daily management and specific work of College Students' village officials,as well as the satisfaction of College Students' village officials with the current work;secondly,through the content of the survey and literature summary of the implementation results,problems and plans of College Students' village officials in Jiangyan District,Taizhou City,and finally put forward countermeasures and key points to promote the effectiveness of College Students' village officials.
