| At present,China's National situation is at the critical stage of reform and development.Legal aid work faces both opportunities and challenges.On the one hand,the legal aid system has not been established and developed in our country for a long time.Many problems have not yet explored the conclusion that it is best suited to our national conditions.On the other hand,the task of legal aid is becoming more and more arduous in serving people in difficulty,safeguarding social equity and justice and maintaining social harmony and stability.County-level legal aid institutions are the first line of legal aid in our country.Therefore,to do a good job in the legal aid work under the new situation,to continuously improve the socialist legal aid system with Chinese characteristics and suited to China's National conditions,and to put forward new and higher requirements for us to work on the front line,we urgently need to further explore all aspects of legal aid work,to promote the legal aid work is good and fast,to provide stronger support.It is not difficult to see from the practice of legal aid in our region in recent years that the legal awareness of the people and the concept of the rule of law have gradually increased,and the demand for legal aid from the people under their jurisdiction has constantly increased,especially from those in need.Especially since the 1990 s,with the establishment of a socialist legal society,people have paid more and more attention to the legal aid issue and public opinion has become stronger.In this process,the shortcomings and deficiencies of the legal aid system and working methods in the past were revealed.Based on the construction of legal aid work in the North district of Qingdao city,the author tries to find out the problems in the practice of legal aid work in the North district of Qingdao,based on the experience of many years of judicial administration work,and puts forward some suggestions for improving the legal aid work in the North district. |
