The Research On The Aged Care Services For The Empty-nester In ChangZhou

As we all know,the ageing of the population in China is becoming more and more serious.From the decade of 2005 to the end of 2015,the population aged over 65 in China has increased from 97 million to 144 million,and the proportion of the total population has risen from 7.7%to 10.5.%.Jiangsu Province is the earliest province that has entered the aging population.In 2016,the population aged 60 or over increased by 71 million compared with the same period of last year,which was 5.4 percentage points higher than the national average.Among them,there were 87.28 million empty nesters in the province,accounting for More than half of the total elderly population.Therefore,the empty nester is typical and representative among the elderly population.The problem of providing pensions for empty nesters is also a major national livelihood issue.Only with a good solution can we achieve a better modernization,achieve an overall well-to-do society,and achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Therefore,it is of great social significance to study the nursing service for empty nesters.At present,the old-age nursing for empty-nesters is mainly based on the community.This article takes Changzhou City,Jiangsu Province as the carrier and regards the“nursing service for empty-nest old people in the community" as the research topic.Relying on the community platform,we will explore how to better improve the quality of elderly care services for empty nesters in the community through interviews,case studies,and literature research methods.As an important part of the Yangtze River Delta Economic Belt,Changzhou has a high level of urbanization,and the ageing phenomenon is relatively serious.As early as 1985,Changzhou entered an aging society,13 years earlier than the country,with a rapidly aging population and an aging population.The issue of aging,the empty nesting of elderly people,and the disability of some elderly people are very prominent.Currently,Changzhou City,mainly through regular diagnostic evaluation of the implementation of family responsibilities and work together to promote other measures to basically achieve the security for the elderly medical care,worthiness,old school,old music.However,there are also many problems at the same time.First,the institution is lagging behind.Due to insufficient government attention,Changzhou City currently does not have an overall construction plan,and the protection mechanism is not perfect.Construction pension agency lacks strict regulations,there is a certain degree of subjectivity and arbitrariness in the construction process,making it difficult to meet the demand;second,staffing missing.The low salary of the community staff leads to fewer personnel and insufficient training of professional service personnel.Third,the publicity is not in place.As the propaganda of community care services,a lack of policy support,all kinds of social forces,such as social organizations,volunteers,businesses,etc.,participation is not positive enough,they do not even know how to get involved.Fourth,spiritual comfort is not in place.Due to the lack of information exchange and communication between community management,and modern way of life is an important source of empty nesters lost the spiritual solace.Through the study of a large amount of literature,we studied and studied the typical cases of the elderly nursing service for empty nesters in Singapore,the United Kingdom,Sweden,the Hohhot community in China,and the F community in Nanjing.Their excellent practice is mainly supported by policies and funds,more perfect system laws,and humanized and professional services.Using these successful experiences as a reference,through field visits to empty nesters and community workers in the community to obtain first-hand research materials,and in combination with Changzhou's own characteristics,the main countermeasures for strengthening the construction of elderly nursing services for empty nesters in Changzhou are:First,we must strengthen the overall planning for the elderly empty-nester old-age care service,scientifically plan the old-age care service system,strengthen the construction of community service facilities,expand the financing channels,and increase the funds for community-based pension services;Rely on the advantages of moral lectures,party building service brands,and elderly universities in Changzhou to develop old-age education,exert their residual heat,find their own values,improve service quality,and increase social recognition.Combine the special features of volunteers,introduce them into the community to support the elderly,accelerate the integration of medical care,improve the quality of old-age care,and optimize the management and teaching team of empty-nest elderly education.Second,encourage empty nesters to provide old-age care in the community.Strengthen the construction of an integrated intelligence platform,make use of the advantages of the Internet and allow more social forces to participate in it;and increase the publicity of the elderly nursing service for empty nesters in the community.Third,build an interactive platform for the elderly nursing service for empty nesters in the community.Establish and improve the empty nesting elderly information base and strengthen the interaction and management between communities.Fourth,build a professional community empty nest elderly care service team.Establish a team of professionals for the elderly care service for empty nesters in the community,optimize the structure of talents,and establish a training system for information professionals.The study shows that combining the characteristics of Changzhou's own region,on the one hand,strengthening community building and unproving the community's hardware and software environment for serving the elderly are our common goal and the responsibility of the government.On the other hand,by enriching service forms,relying on Changzhou ethical lecture hall,grassroots party brand and elder university to develop education for the aged,empty-nesters can exert their residual heat and find their own value,which is of great help to promote the spiritual civilization construction of empty nesters in the community effect.To this end,it is necessary to establish a government-led force,actively participate in the construction of all sectors of society,and enhance community care services for the elderly with empty nesters;establish a community-based professional training system to enhance the professional management capacity of community-based elderly pension services;and vigorously develop the elderly Education,enhance the ability of the community's empty nesters to survive and develop,and enrich the elderly life.
