Design And Implementation Of The Online Examination And Approval System For District Government Departments

With the rapid advancement of network technology and electronic information industry at present,the management methods of modern information have been leapfrogging development.Due to it takes a lot of manpower,the past way that entirely depends on manual operations is no longer applicable today for the internet.At present,Various industries including government departments are constantly developing new ways of managing and working,which aims at making more standardized management,optimizing processes and improving the work efficiency of staff by the use of internet.On the other hand,an intractable problem is brought to the government that more and more new business enterprises need to obtain corresponding qualification to start their business because of the development of the market and the regulations of government.However,with the development of the internet,the construction of an Internet-based online examination and approval system not only solves the problems of government's examination and approval,but also saves a lot of manpower and material resources for enterprises.Besides,it adapts to the development of the times and accelerates the information management of examination and approval work.The examination and approval system of the present project,which is developed based on the needs of actual work,mainly targets the examination and approval of government departments and realizes a one-stop service for government work.What' more,it meets its commitment,"running once at most",to enterprises and people who have something to deal with,which greatly simplifies working process and improves the satisfaction of these enterprises and people on the government work.First,this dissertation presents the actual background of the operation of examination and approval system in the present study and elaborates on the current government working environment,which further supports the necessity of the system operation.Then,proceeding from the analysis of the system requirements,it describes the overall goals of the design,dissects each function module of the system and introduces related knowledge of system dependence combining with the NET framework technology and data warehouse.Finally,through the actual operation of the examination and approval system,this dissertation analyzes and summarizes the actual operational effect of each function module,reveals the limitations of the present system and presents some discussion and prospect on the current status of the existing examination and approval system.
