Research Of Crisis Management Of University Emergencies In The New Media Environment

During the period of economic restructuring in our country,various problems and contradictions have been constantly highlighted.As part of the social environment,colleges and universities are also affected by these factors and a series of emergencies occur.Due to the personality differences among college students,physical and mental development characteristics,will also affect the stability and operation of colleges and universities.In the information age,new media is very popular with people.New media facilitates the information and dissemination of information.However,various risks are also hidden in the dissemination of new media information.In the new media environment,colleges and universities are greatly concerned by all walks of life.Especially in recent years,there are frequent crises in colleges and universities.For example,poisoning cases at Fudan University,professors at Shanxi University of Science and Technology beat and abuse women workers at sanitation and shelter,and drug cases at Xi'an Conservatory of Music.It is a severe test for crisis management personnel in colleges and universities.If the capacity of crisis management is not adequate and handled properly,it will seriously affect the stability of colleges and even the society.Therefore,in the new media environment,exploring crisis management of emergencies in colleges and universities is of great significance.This article explores the problems existing in crisis management of emergencies in colleges and universities by means of literature review and experience summary,and puts forward corresponding management measures to improve the crisis management in colleges and universities.The first part is the introduction,introducing the research background and significance,literature review,research methods and so on.The second part is the definition of related concepts and theoretical elaboration,including new media,college crisis,college crisis management.The third part analyzes the status quo of emergency management in emergencies in colleges and universities,introduces the classification of emergencies,and cites the present situation of the introduction of relevant cases to analyze the opportunities and challenges that new media bring to crisis management in colleges and universities.The fourth part analyzes the existing problems in crisis management of emergencies in colleges and universities.The fifth part puts forward corresponding measures.In this study,in-depth understanding of crisis management in colleges and universities,combined with case studies,analyzes the current status of emergency crisis management in colleges and universities,and clarifies the opportunities and challenges brought by new media to crisis management in colleges and universities.Then it analyzes the problems existing in crisis management of colleges and universities in the new media environment,analyzes the problems,and finally proposes corresponding countermeasures to provide reference for crisis management in colleges and universities.
