With the accelerating rate of population aging in our country,the issue of old-age care in China has become a major livelihood issue that people are widely concerned about.Compared with other aging,developed countries,China's aging population has a large base,and the country's pension burden is heavy,especially the ageing population.The older population of empty nests and solitary residents is increasingly rampant,putting enormous pressure on social and economic development.In recent years,China has continued to increase the promulgation and implementation of new policies for pension service agencies,and pension service agencies have experienced rapid development.Old-age service organizations,including public-private,private-office,and private-owned private-owned,have emerged.At present,in the process of development of China's aged care service organizations,there are prominent problems such as unclear market positioning,inadequate provision of old-age care services,and failure to effectively integrate old-age pensions and community-based pensions in various regions.As a result,the vitality of elderly care service institutions is stimulated and stability is maintained.Healthy development is the key to continuously adapting to the aging of society and satisfying the growing demand of the elderly.This article takes the S nursing home as a case study of the development strategy of the public private nursing homes in Changjiang County,uses the PEST method to analyze the macro-environment of the pension industry,and analyzes the supply and demand situation of Changjiang elderly population and the Changjiang nursing home market,and analyzes the internal environment features of the S nursing homes.Using the SWOT analysis method to obtain the advantages,opportunities,and threats strategy matrix of the S-Nursing Home,the development strategy that should be adopted by the S-Nursing Home.Through strategic design,we will make detailed plans for expanding the types of endowment service products,optimizing internal resource management,and strategic development steps.Finally,we will list the resources and safeguard measures required for strategic implementation through strategic resource allocation to further improve the operation of S nursing homes in Changjiang County.The competitiveness and profitability will ensure long-term,healthy and sustainable development and provide reference for the development of public-owned private nursing homes in Changjiang County.
